Flax Seed Oil vs Fish Oil - How do They Compare?
Flax seed oil (linseed oil) is a therapeutic
oil derived from the seeds of the flax plant (Linum
usitatissimum) which has long been used as a healing herb.
Fish oil is a popular supplement for those
seeking to improve the health of their hearts. Fish oil
contains high concentrations of polyunsaturated fats called

performance of a cell's membranes. Alpha linolenic acid is one
of the EFAs found in flaxseed oil and is an omega 3 fatty acid.

Hemp oil, on the other hand, also contains

pregnant women and for men who wish to avoid any possible
estrogenic effects. Hemp oil comes from normal hemp plants and
does not have any of the effects of that other famous
hemp-related plant.

clots.

help keep the arterial walls flexible. These healthy oils may
also be helpful with menstrual cramps, endometriosis,
schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
So which is better... flax seed oil vs fish
oil? It depends on the individual. Some go for flax oil or hemp
oil because they only eat plant foods. Others go for the fish
oil because their doctors have urged them to use that. The
