Foods Rich in Vitamin E
Vitamin E is a fat soluble Vitamin. It is an
antioxidant and provides shield against damaging substances in
the body.
The best source of Vitamin E is the breast
milk. If Vitamin E (breast milk) is consumed in recommended
quantity, it is more than sufficient for a newborn baby.
The larger requirements of Vitamin E are found
in premature babies and they might need additional Vitamin E.
There are various forms of Vitamin E. Each form of Vitamin E
has its own organic activity. These organic activities are
measure of strength or functional use in the body.
The most dynamic form of Vitamin E that is
found in human body is Alpha tocopherol (รก tocopherol). Alpha
tocopherol is also the most powerful organic antioxidant of
Vitamin E in the body.
Generally supplements of Vitamin E are sold as
alpha tocopheryl acetate. Vitamin E supplements are use to
defend your body cells from the effects of free radicals, as an
Antioxidant. Major side effects of free radicals include
damaged body cells which can lead to development of the disease
like cardiovascular disease and cancer.
Vitamin E is able to limit the production of
free radicals, which may help to prevent or setback the
development of those chronic diseases. Studies are still
undergoing to determine the Vitamin E.
These are various companies manufacturing
Vitamin E supplements, which are easily available in medical
shops. But there are some people who avoid taking Vitamin E
supplements. Food containing ingredients like vegetable oils,
nuts, wheat germ oil, green leafy vegetables, and fortified
cereals are main source of Vitamin E.
But wheat germ oil is the best source of
Vitamin E, as one tablespoon of wheat germ oil contains 20.4
milligrams of Alpha tocopherol. Foods rich in Vitamin E is the
best way as there are some drawbacks of having Vitamin E
supplements at regular interval of time.

2. The alpha tocopherol moving protein is at
risk of Vitamin E deficiency in an individual with rare genetic
abnormalities.
3.If the weight of the newborn baby is very low
(birth weights less than 1500 grams, or 3 pounds), then the
body is suffering from Vitamin E deficiency.
A person suffering from Vitamin E deficiency
should eat foods rich in Vitamin E. Foods rich in Vitamin E are
an easiest way to prevent heart disease, according to the
recent studies about Vitamin E.
According to these studies it is also suggest
that foods rich in Vitamin E may be more beneficial and safe
than Vitamin E supplements.
It is believed that Vitamin E can play a role
in encouraging skin healing and decline the scarring after
injuries such as burns, therefore in skin creams and lotions it
is often used.
